Health information for Vegetarians, Diabetics & Allergy Sufferers

PLEASE USE CAUTION Whilst we have made every attempt to ensure that the information contained in our web site and product descriptions is as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee any of the information and we would ask buyers with specific dietary requirements or allergies, to exercise caution.

For Nut Allergy Sufferers: If we have specific information that a product definitely contains either Nuts or Nut Traces then we will put an icon in the product description with red lettering stating that "This Product Contains Nuts or Nut Traces" HOWEVER, since all of our products are either manufactured, stored or handled in facilities that also handle products containing nuts, you should assume that all products may contain nut traces or have been in contact with products containing nut traces.

For Diabetics: We are currently researching sources for a range of products suitable for customers with diabeties and we will list them as soon as they are available.

For Vegetarians: Due to the wide range of products and manufacturers that we deal with it is difficult to research every ingredient of every product. However, since we are most often asked about Gelatine we have made a real attempt to discover whether or not our products contain Gelatine.

• If we have found that a product definitely contains Gelatine then the Health Information Icon in the product description will contain orange lettering stating that "This Product Contains Gelatine".
• Where we know that the product does not contain Gelatine then green lettering will state that "This Product does not contain Gelatine".
• In some cases we have been unable to establish fully the ingredients and in these cases the icon will contain the following black lettering "We do not know if this Product contains Gelatine".
• If the manufacturers have indicated that the product is suitable for vegetarians or that the product has been approved by the Vegetarian Society then we will display the appropriate logo in the product description. Absence of these logos does not necessarily mean that a product is not suitable for vegetarians, just that we do not have definite information regarding it's suitability.
